Regency Fallbrook Caregiver PositionRegency Fallbrook offers retirement and assisted living options with compassionate care in a professionally managed, carefully designed retirement community. Our focus on wellness and enabling residents to remain as independent as possible provides the perfect alternative for seniors who can no longer live on their own. Our Regency Moments Memory Care Program allows residents with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia to live with dignity in a loving and secure environment.We are beautiful Regency Fallbrook, a retirement and assisted living community providing each individual compassionate care in a nurturing environment. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team.Caregiver ResponsibilitiesAs a caregiver, you assist our senior residents in their daily well-being, including personal services, medication assistance, social-recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks. You will report to the wellness director.You Will:Follow the resident service plan including; assistance, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and other activities of daily living (ADLs), noting changes in the resident condition.Communicate problems, concerns, and issues with resident apartments, buildings, and grounds with an appropriate team member.Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures.Comply with regulatory standards and OSHA guidelines, and incident reporting guidelines.Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees.Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and home-like environment for residents.You Currently:Preferred candidates have six months of experience in senior caregiving.
