We have select client opportunities where your experience could be a great match.What You'll DoAs a caregiver, you may help clients with:Companionship and meaningful conversationBathing, dressing, grooming, and personal careMeal preparationMedication remindersMobility and transfer assistanceLight housekeepingTransportation and errands, when applicableMaintaining a safe and comfortable home environmentSupporting clients with their daily routines and independenceEvery client is different—and we'll work to match caregivers with opportunities based on experience, skills, availability, and location.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for caregivers who are:Compassionate and patientDependable and punctualComfortable working independently in a client's homeGood communicatorsCommitted to providing consistent, high-quality careExperience with Parkinson's disease, dementia, mobility assistance, transfers, or other specialized care is a plus.What You Can Expect• Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hour based on experience and assignment• Training Pay: $15.00/hourFlexible day, evening, weekend, overnight, and PRN opportunitiesTypically 12–40 hours per week based on availability and client needsOvertime opportunitiesMileage reimbursementPaid training and ongoing developmentReferral and performance bonusesMaryland Saves Retirement ProgramLifeMart Discount ProgramSupport from a responsive local office teamWhere We ServeOpportunities may be available throughout:Waldorf, La Plata, Clinton, Ft.
