Direct Support ProfessionalKindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Hammonton, NJ.About This OpportunityThis can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule.What You'll DoSupport an autistic adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. (Individual has a wheelchair.)Provide community support and assistance with activities of daily living to individual.Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals.Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs.Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions.Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team.QualificationsAble to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule.Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.Experience preferred.Comfortable with driving individual in the communityAble to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.Schedule: Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday 9am-9pm, every other Monday 9am-9pm and every other Monday 3:30pm-9pm Pay: $17-$21/hour Location: Hammonton, NJ Driving: RequiredPlease review the schedule carefully before applying.
