Comfort Keepers CaregiverComfort Keepers provides compassionate, non-medical home care that helps seniors and adults live safely and independently in the comfort of their own homes.Job SummaryWe are looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to join our team. As a Comfort Keepers caregiver, you will provide companionship and assist clients with daily living activities while treating them with dignity and respect.ResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and conversationAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygienePrepare meals and assist with feeding if neededPerform light housekeeping and laundryHelp with walking, transfers, and mobility assistanceProvide medication reminders (no medication administration)Transport clients to appointments or errands (when required)Observe changes in the client's condition and report concerns to the officeMaintain a safe and clean home environmentFollow the client's care plan and agency policiesQualificationsCompassionate, patient, and dependableAbility to communicate effectivelyHigh School DiplomaPrevious caregiving experience is highly preferred but not requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)Ability to pass a background checkAbility to pass drug testAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers as neededBenefitsFlexible schedulesCompetitive payPaid training (upon timely training completion etc.)Supportive team environmentOpportunities for advancement
