Part-Time Caregiver OpportunityBrenwood Park Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Caregiver to join our team on Second Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM). This role promotes resident independence, honors resident choice, and preserves dignity through compassionate, professional care.Critical Success FactorsDemonstrates a positive customer service attitude and a willingness to assist others.Takes initiative and completes responsibilities with minimal supervision.Maintains reliable attendance and effectively addresses workplace concerns through appropriate channels.Communicates clearly and professionally, including active listening and timely reporting of resident or operational concerns.Maintains confidentiality of resident and employee information.Presents a neat, professional appearance.Participates in required training and in-service education and assists in supporting new team members.QualificationsPrior direct care experience preferred.High school diploma or GED preferred.Current CPR certification preferred.Must meet age requirements in accordance with facility policy and state regulations.Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a team-oriented environment.Required CBRF Certifications: Standard Precautions, First Aid & Choking, and Fire Safety.Preferred CBRF Certification: Medication Administration.Compensation & SchedulePay: Starting at $21.00 per hourSchedule: Part-Time, Second Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)Join the Brenwood Park Assisted Living team and help create a positive, engaging environment where residents can thrive while being part of a team that values excellence, compassion, and servant leadership.
