As a Day Shift Caregiver, you'll build lasting relationships with residents while providing the support, encouragement, and care they need to thrive.$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid Quarterly) Competitive Pay: $17.00–$17.50 per hour based on experience Weekend Shift Differential Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Discounts Paid Training & Career Development Opportunities Supportive Leadership Team & Positive Work Environment Opportunity to Advance into Med Tech RolesAs a Day Shift Caregiver, you'll play a key role in helping residents begin their day with dignity, comfort, and confidence. - Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobility - Help residents enjoy meals and stay engaged throughout the day - Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support - Participate in resident activities and promote social engagement - Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff - Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to provide exceptional care - Foster a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their families- Caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals - Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work well as part of a team - Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background checkIf you're a CNA with an active license and qualifying experience, you may be eligible for our Med Tech Program.
