As a Day Shift Caregiver, you'll build lasting relationships with residents while providing the support, encouragement, and care they need to thrive.$1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid Quarterly) Competitive Pay: $17.00–$17.50 per hour based on experience Weekend Shift Differential Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Discounts Paid Training & Career Development Opportunities Supportive Leadership Team & Positive Work Environment Opportunity to Advance into Med Tech RolesAs a Day Shift Caregiver, you'll play a key role in helping residents begin their day with dignity, comfort, and confidence.Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including dressing, grooming, bathing, and mobilityHelp residents enjoy meals and stay engaged throughout the dayProvide companionship, encouragement, and emotional supportParticipate in resident activities and promote social engagementObserve and report changes in resident condition to nursing staffWork collaboratively with nurses and team members to provide exceptional careFoster a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for residents and their familiesCaring, dependable, and compassionate individuals Previous caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background checkIf you're a CNA with an active license and qualifying experience, you may be eligible for our Med Tech Program.
