Caregiver/CNA – Habilitation Group HomesCalled To Care, LLC is actively seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers and CNAs, both male and female, to join our team. We are primarily seeking candidates who are available to work weekends. Reliable weekend coverage is an essential staffing need for our homes. Our Habilitation Group Homes are licensed for 3 to 6 individuals and support adults with developmental disabilities. The individuals we serve have varying levels of care needs, ranging from independent individuals who require minimal assistance to individuals who are bed-bound and require total care.Locations candidates must be willing and able to work in:AvondaleGoodyearPhoenixGlendaleQualifications:CNA certification or previous caregiving experience required.Must be self-motivated, dependable, and committed to providing quality care.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Must be available to work weekends.Must be proficient in the English language with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to effectively communicate with individuals served, coworkers, healthcare professionals, and complete required documentation.Employment Requirements:Fingerprint Clearance Card – Must be obtained within 7 days of employment.TB Test Results – Required upon hire.Article 9 Training – Must register within 2 weeks of employment.Prevention and Support Training – Must register within 2 weeks of employment.CPR/First Aid Certification – Must register within 2 weeks of employment.Notarized Criminal Affidavit Form – Must be completed within 7 days of employment.Schedule:Full-time positions available: Morning Shift, Afternoon Shift, Overnight ShiftCandidates who can consistently work weekend shifts and have flexible availability will be strongly preferred.If you are passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and are looking for a rewarding career, we encourage you to apply.
