Job description
Home Care CaregiverOur caregivers provide one-on-one, in-home support to help clients maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life. Services range from companionship to non-medical personal care based on each client's individual needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCaregivers may assist with a variety of daily living activities, including:Transportation to appointments or errandsMedication remindersMeal preparation and light cookingLight housekeeping and household tasksCaregivers with appropriate certifications (CNA, PCA, or HHA) may also provide hands-on personal care, including:Assistance with dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneFeeding assistanceMobility and ambulation supportBathing assistanceTransfers (bed to chair and chair to bed)Toileting and incontinence careQualificationsCNA, PCA, or HHA certification highly preferredAt least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience preferredStrong communication skills with clients, families, and team membersValid driver's license and active auto insurance requiredAbility to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentationAll offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening.Join a locally owned home care team that values compassionate caregivers and provides the support you need to succeed.
