Caregiver Position AvailableAlways Best Care Senior Services seeks to build a core team of experienced caregivers, and currently have all shifts available. Our caregivers will provide excellent and compassionate 1:1 care for clients in their homes in Edmonds, Woodway, Mountlake Terrace, Lynnwood, Alderwood, Bothell, Picnic Point, Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Kenmore, Mukilteo, Everett, and Kenmore. The caregiver will provide assistance and support to our clients in their daily activities, promoting their independence and well-being.Full time, part time and a variety of schedules.Schedules: Day and evening – specific hours based on client needs and caregiver availability.Pay range: $22-$25 per hour depending on experience.What we offer:Sick pay + appreciation daysWeekly pay and pay on demandPaid trainingFlexible hoursMileage reimbursementOpportunities for career growth and advancementSupportive and compassionate team culturePosition responsibilities:1. Develop strong relationships with clients2. Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs3. Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for resident’s home4. Transportation to appointments and shopping5. Companionship & supervisionRequirements:Certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home care aide (HCA) licensePrevious care experience preferredTwo references requiredMust be at least 18 years oldMust pass background check and medical clearance prior to hireWork authorization requiredAbility to communicate effectively and build rapport with clientsPhysical stamina and strength to perform the duties of the roleReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseMaintains current state driver’s license and a dependable insured automobileCovid-19 vaccine strongly preferredMust have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/familiesCompany:Always Best Care Senior Services - corporate is a leading provider of in-home care services for seniors.
