Job description
Home Health AideBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.Pay: $26/hour + mileage reimbursement Location: Flexible assignments close to home in Townshend and other parts of Windham County Schedule: FT and PT hours available, weekend availability required.ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)Support activities of daily living (ADLs)Perform light housekeeping and laundryPrepare meals and assist with feedingProvide mobility assistance and transfersOffer medication remindersAssist with range-of-motion exercisesProvide companionship and emotional supportProvide transportation needs to local appointments and running errands with or for the clientsQualificationsMinimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required.
