Caregiver / Home Care Aide — Antioch Caregivers WantedSYNERGY HomeCare of Pleasant Hill Independently Owned & Operated $21–$23/hr base + $2/hr attendance bonus Full-time, part-time, and PRN caregiver shiftsAntioch Caregivers: Short Commute, Steady HoursWe are hiring caregivers who live in Antioch for in-home senior care shifts in nearby Pittsburg and Bay Point — a ten to fifteen minute drive on Highway 4, not an hour each way to Walnut Creek or Oakland.Caregiver, CNA, HHA, personal care aide, companion, assisted living, and memory care experience all count. No agency background required. We train.Where You'll Be WorkingClient shifts in Pittsburg, Bay Point, Clayton, and east Concord. We build your schedule around where you live in Antioch and keep back-to-back shifts geographically tight so your day isn't spent driving.What a Home Care Aide Does HereCompanionship, conversation, and emotional support for seniors at homePersonal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygieneMeal planning, cooking, grocery shopping, and light housekeepingMedication reminders and monitoring client well-beingTransferring, ambulating, and safe repositioningReporting changes in a client's physical, mental, or emotional condition promptlyAccurate care notes and mobile clock-in / clock-outYou'll Do Well Here If YouGenuinely enjoy caring for older adultsCommunicate clearly with clients, families, and the officeShow up on time, every shiftBring patience and warmth into someone's homeSpeak Spanish, Tagalog, or another second language (a strong plus, not required)Caregiver RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDRegistered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California, or willing to register — we walk you through itCurrent 2-step TB test, or able to obtainCPR / First Aid certification, or able to obtainValid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)Able to pass a national criminal background check and be bondableSatisfactory professional and personal referencesAble to complete SYNERGY HomeCare orientation and online trainingAble to perform light to moderate physical activity: standing, walking, kneeling, and assisting with repositioningCaregiver Pay and Benefits$21.00–$23.00 per hour base pay, set by experience$2.00/hr attendance bonus — work every scheduled shift in the month and the bonus is applied retroactively to all hours you worked that month401(k) retirement plan (eligibility requirements apply)Flexible weekday, weekend, overnight, and live-in caregiver shiftsPaid ongoing training, including dementia, Parkinson's, and hospice support tracksCompany-paid HCA Registry renewal and CPR / First Aid recertificationReferral bonuses and a published caregiver career path — Caregiver ?
