Skilled Personal Attendants (Caregivers)Always Best Care Senior Services- Lafayette Ca, and surrounding areas is hiring Skilled Personal Attendant (Caregivers) to support seniors in Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and surrounding areas.Service Areas (Must Be Willing to Work In): Oakland, Richmond, Piedmont, Alameda County, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Concord, Contra Costa County, and surrounding areas.Virtual InterviewsCompensation: Personal Attendants: Starting at $21 per hour Weekend Personal Attendants (Saturday/Sunday Only): $24 per hour.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of caregiving or personal attendant experienceValid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicleMust be able to work split/stacked shifts (1–4-hour shifts combined to form full workdays).Must be able to travel up to 25 miles for work.High school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass criminal background checksDaytime, afternoon, and evening availabilityAbility to lift up to 30 lbsHCA LicenseResponsibilities:Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including but not limited to: bathing, toileting, dress assist, walk assist, grooming, eating, incontinence care, transfer assist,Assist with safe use and setup of assistive equipmentPerform light housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe environmentMedication remindersSupport mobility, transfers, and general safetyEncourage communication and social engagementDocument care tasks accuratelyBuild meaningful relationships while upholding professional and ethical standardsEEOC StatementAlways Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on age, race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
