$300 NEW HIRE HOLIDAY BONUS | APPLY AND BE HIRED BY OCTOBER 16, 2026* We’re hiring experienced in-home caregivers in the Phoenix area to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home. This role offers steady work, real support, and meaningful relationships with the people you care for. Pay & Benefits $16.50-$18.00/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit Sick leave accrual opportunities and paid training Paid holidays at 1.5x your rate Medical, dental, and vision benefits (eligibility applies) 401(k) with company match (eligibility applies) Mileage reimbursement (in-visit travel and between same-day visits) $700 caregiver referral program *Apply and be hired by October 16, 2026, and be included in our performance bonus plan and earn up to $300 bonus (must meet visit frequency requirements; bonus will be paid out to Care Pros in good standing after 30, 60, and 90 days after eligible to work date).
