Skilled Personal Attendants (Caregivers)Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring Skilled Personal Attendants (Caregivers) to support seniors in Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Citrus Heights, and surrounding areas.Service Areas (Must Be Willing to Work In):Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Citrus Heights, Granite Bay, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, Sacramento, Fair Oaks, and surrounding areas.(Virtual Interviews)COMPENSATION:Personal Attendants: Starting at $20.50 per hourWeekend Personal Attendants (Saturday & Sunday Only): $24 per hourREQUIREMENTSMinimum 1 year of caregiving or personal attendant experienceValid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable personal vehicleMust be able to work split/stacked shifts (1–4-hour shifts combined to form full workdays).Must be able to travel up to 25 miles for work.High school diploma or equivalentAbility to pass criminal background checksDaytime, afternoon, and evening availabilityAbility to lift up to 30 lbsHCA LicenseRESPONSIBILITIES:Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including but not limited to: bathing, toileting, dress assist, walk assist, grooming, eating, incontinence care, transfer assist,Assist with safe use and setup of assistive equipmentPerform light housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe environmentMedication remindersSupport mobility, transfers, and general safetyEncourage communication and social engagementDocument care tasks accuratelyBuild meaningful relationships while upholding professional and ethical standardsEEOC StatementAlways Best Care Senior Services is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on age, race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
