Caregiver PositionMenno Haven at Home (Home Care) is seeking Caregivers to join our team! Caregiver responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with personal care (bathing and dressing), light housekeeping chores, medication reminders, meal preparations, companionship, transportation (appointments and errands), pet care and more.Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED, requiredValid Driver's license with a satisfactory driving recordRequired to use personal smartphone for essential work-related communication.Prior experience in Home Care, preferredPrior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living, highly desirableAbility to promote and maintain a positive attitudeMust be a self-starter, able to work on a team and aloneBenefits (dependent upon eligibility):Excellent Health, Dental and Vision plansGroup Life InsuranceEmployee Assistant ProgramLoyalty BonusesGenerous PTO403(b) Retirement PlanReferral BonusShiftPart-time, No benefits, Non-exemptMenno Haven is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
