Home Care AideWe are looking for a Home Care Aide to join our team! You will be directly working with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care, but by building genuine relationships with those you serve. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to creating a healthy environment that meets patient needs. Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to succeed in this role. Prior Home Health Care experience a plus.Responsibilities:Monitoring safety (fall risk) and companionship (assist as needed) with medication reminder, errands and light housekeeping. Fulltime position Six (6) hours daily 9am to 3pm / (42) hours weekly **Seeking a mature/35 or older caregiver for the client** Non-SmokerProfessional caregivers go by many names: homemakers, home care aides, home health aides, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants, direct care workers.
