Non-Medical Home Care AttendantAdvacare Homecare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated non-medical home care attendant to provide exceptional care and support to our clients in Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas.ResponsibilitiesProvide non-skilled personal care and support to clients in their homesAssist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparationMonitor client condition and report any changes to supervisory staffMaintain a safe and clean environment for clientsFollow care plans and ensure compliance with all company policies and proceduresRequirementsPrior experience as a non-skilled home care caregiver or home attendantPossession of the basic required certifications (must be current and valid)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation to travel to client locations within Phoenix, AZCertification Requirements:Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance CardCPR/First Aid CertificationBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ($18.50 - $24.00), paid weeklyFlexible scheduling optionsSupportive work environmentOpportunities for professional development and growth$100 sign on bonus *restrictions applyAbout the CompanyAdvacare Homecare is a trusted provider of home healthcare services dedicated to improving the lives of our clients.
