We have immediate openings for a variety of flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts.What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, shaving, toileting), dressing, eating, and transfers/mobility.Home Support: Prepare nutritious meals, complete light housekeeping tasks (dishes, laundry, vacuuming, changing linens), and run essential errands or accompany clients to medical appointments.Specialized Care: Deliver nurse-delegated care including medication reminders, range-of-motion exercises, and specialized dementia or incontinence care.What We're Looking For (Qualifications):Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide in homes or healthcare facilities (Required).Licensing & Transit: A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle (Required).Communication: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.Benefits & Perks:Dental insurance (Employer Paid)Vision insurance (Employer Paid)Life insurance ($25,000 life insurance policy, Employer Paid)Flexible scheduleReferral programStructured pay increases through our Personal Advancement ProgramIf you are ready to build a meaningful career with a company that deeply respects and rewards its team, apply today!
