In-Home Caregiver / Home Health AideWith Interim Healthcare of Scranton, PA in Lackawanna County (Scranton, Clarks Summit, Jermyn, Scott Twp, etc.)What to expect as an In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide:Up to $18 per hour1:1 Aide-to-client ratiosVariety of hours offered weekdays and weekends; 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shiftHealth Insurance (maintain 30 hours per week), Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit, Referral Bonuses, a local team for continuous supportBuild your skills with online training and earn CEUsWhat you will do as an In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide:Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at homeAssist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionshipHelp with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercisesProvide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concernsEnsure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathwaysParticipate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbiesRequirements for the In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide:High school diploma (or equivalent)Six (6) months of personal care experience in a similar roleCPR certificationValid PA driver’s license and transportationCompassionate and helping nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.A tidbit about us!Founded in 1966, Interim HealthCare is the nation’s first home care company and a leading employer of Home Health Aides (HHAs).
