CaregiverHome Matters Caregiving is looking for caregivers with a passion for client care and relationship building. Home Matters Caregiving wants to be the most valuable partner to our caregivers and clients in a competitive landscape.Responsibilities include executing client care plans and documenting daily activities, assisting clients with activities of daily living, providing clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeeping, and providing clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionship.Requirements include a consistent and flexible schedule, one year of formal caregiving experience in senior care, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movements. Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers. Able to talk, hear and see. Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle.Compensation includes starting at $13/hr, depending on experience, weekly pay, pay cards, holiday pay, performance pay raises, and referral bonus (employees and clients).
