Your responsibilities may include:Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfersProviding companionship and emotional supportAccompanying clients to appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other activitiesAssisting with active and passive mobility exercises according to the care planObserving clients and reporting changes in their condition to the Director of NursingProviding dependable, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and confidentialityWhat We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who genuinely enjoy helping others.Requirements:High School Diploma or GED1–2 years of caregiving or CNA experienceValid CPR Certification from an in-person classNegative TB Test within the last 12 monthsValid Driver's License and Auto InsuranceReliable transportationAHCA Level 2 Background ClearanceSuccessful drug and motor vehicle background screeningsAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical duties such as standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and transferring clientsStrong communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and speak English fluentlyAbility to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirementsExperience as a CNA, Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Caregiver is highly encouraged.Your Work Matters.
