At The Reserve at Katy, we offer fulfilling roles in assisted living and memory care, where staff can make a meaningful impact while working in a respectful and enriching setting.Why Join Us?Competitive Pay: $14 - $15.50/hour + Credit for experienceFlexible Schedule: PRN shifts available | Alternating weekends and holidaysSupportive Team: We value our caregivers as much as our residentsQuick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hoursWhat You'll Do:Provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistanceEnsure residents' safety and comfort while promoting dignity and independenceMonitor residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition, document care provided, and communicate effectively with nurses, family members, and other team membersOffer specialized support for individuals with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, using patience and understanding to engage residents in activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-beingWhat You'll Need:Must be 18 years of age or older2 years of long-term care experience as a caregiverThere will be three consecutive days of training that are required, along with completion of Educare training, prior to working any scheduled shiftsTo apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
