Caregiver - Care Villa'sLocation: Ladysmith, WI 54848Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional assisted living support to residents in Ladysmith, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving within assisted living environments and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals requiring assistance with daily activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.Provide medication reminders and support as directed by healthcare professionals.Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff or supervisors.Support residents with meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed.Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents.Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.QualificationsPrevious experience as a caregiver in an assisted living or similar setting preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in assisted living environments.Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others and meet the qualifications above, please submit your application and resume for consideration.
