Live-In CaregiverEstablished home care provider seeks experienced live-in caregivers to meet our communities increasing need for skilled and reliable support! We are a non-profit organization which has been serving Brookfield, IL and the surrounding communities for over 100 years. As a live-in caregiver you will become an intricate part of our client's and their families lives. You will be expected to effectively engage with your client, prepare meals, provide light housekeeping, laundry, personal care and safety oversight. Live-in caregivers will stay with their client for 2, 3 or 4 days at a time. Only candidates who can demonstrate physical care skills, emotional maturity, effective communication skills and a heart to serve need apply.Full time as well as part time liv-in opportunities available both weekdays and weekends.Earnings ranging from $286-$313.50 per dayWork, learn and grow as a professional:Paid trainingOngoing training and support in delivering high quality careTuition reimbursement toward your further educationOther requirements include:Valid driver's license, reliable access to a car, and active car insuranceThis position requires bending, lifting, pushing, sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time; and the ability to lift a minimum of 50lbsMust be able to speak and understand EnglishMust be authorized to work in the United StatesComfortable with using calendars and email on a computer and smartphoneDesire to go above and beyond to support your clients and your organizationAt the core of our organization lies the Cantata promise.
