Right At Home Caregiver PositionRight at Home is looking for passionate individuals to join a dynamic care team providing care for our clients in-home. We provide care for seniors and disabled adults throughout Southeast and Northeast Indianapolis, Hamilton County, and Johnson County. Experience preferred but not necessary—we will train the right candidate! Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides are a plus. We are hiring immediately for weekend shifts. Caregiver provides various personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care. These could include (but are not limited to): assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises, meal preparation in accordance with instruction, performing homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathrooms.Caregiver Qualifications:Verbal communication and listening skillsAbility to promote and maintain a safe environmentDependabilityPossess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job.Communicate effectively with office staff on a weekly basisMust be willing to follow all company policies and take direction from office staffJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Salary: $15-16/hour based on experience. Opportunities available for overtime, bonuses, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and holiday pay.
