Caregiver PositionWe don’t require previous Caregiving experience – just a big heart and a willingness to learn! If you’re compassionate, reliable, and eager to help, we want to hear from you!Job Summary: As a Caregiver at Senior Helpers - Murfreesboro, you will provide general care and support to senior citizens in Murfreesboro, TN. You will act as a companion and friend to your clients, aiding them in everyday tasks and activities. Your role is to provide comfort, compassion, dignity, and a sense of security to your clients.Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time and part-time hourly position with a compensation of $14 to $15 per hour, paid biweekly. Senior Helpers will also provide health benefits after 1 yr.Responsibilities:Provide companionship to the elderly in senior homes or in their own homeAssist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingEnsure safety and monitor nutrition and hydrationComplete errands for clients, such as grocery shoppingParticipate in recreational and social activities with clientsMaintain accurate logs of patient health information and statusReport changes or needs to the appropriate individualsRequirements:Ability to pass a background checkCompassionate and patient demeanorKnowledge of occupational and physical therapyGood verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsFlexible scheduleEEOC Statement: Senior Helpers is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
