Caregiver Needed in Charlotte, TN (37036)Helping Hearts USA LLC is currently hiring a compassionate, dependable, and professional caregiver to support a client in Charlotte, Tennessee (37036).This opportunity is ideal for someone who is personable, attentive, patient, and enjoys building meaningful connections through companionship and active daily engagement. The client enjoys being outdoors, spending time in the yard, and participating in activities that help keep him engaged throughout the day. We are seeking a caregiver who is comfortable supporting these interests while maintaining safety, professionalism, and respect at all times.The ideal caregiver will provide companionship, supervision, and non-medical support while encouraging participation in outdoor activities and daily routines. Candidates should be observant, reliable, and able to promote both engagement and safety in the home and community environment.Position DetailsLocation: Charlotte, TN 37036Schedule: 3 to 4 days per weekDays: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and SaturdayHours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 4:00 PMShift Length: 4 to 6 hours per shiftResponsibilitiesProvide companionship and social engagementSupport outdoor time and yard-related activitiesAssist with daily routines and non-medical care needsEncourage safe activity and client involvementAssist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environmentSupport meal preparation and simple food-related assistance as neededObserve and report changes in condition, mood, behavior, or overall well-beingProvide medication reminders if applicableMaintain professionalism, attentiveness, and reliability during each shiftCommunicate appropriately with the office regarding updates, concerns, and schedule-related mattersQualificationsPrior caregiving experience preferredCompassionate, patient, and professional demeanorStrong communication and observation skillsDependable transportation and strong punctualityAbility to safely support an active client and promote meaningful engagementValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningMust be at least 18 years of ageWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for a caregiver who is warm, energetic, attentive, and genuinely enjoys working with clients in a hands-on, engaging environment.
