Caregiver OpportunityAt Always Best Care Senior Services – Greater West Houston, we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need support with daily living activities. We take pride in delivering care that promotes personal dignity, safety, and emotional well-being.As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to support an active client case in Fulshear, TX 77441.These positions are for an active case and involve very light care, with a strong focus on companionship.LocationGreater West HoustonCurrent Need: Fulshear, TX 77441Shift ScheduleMonday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Part-time weekday shifts)Type of CareVery light care with a primary focus on companionship.Responsibilities• Provide companionship and engage the client in conversation and activities • Ensure client safety and overall comfort • Assist with very light daily tasks as needed • Offer medication reminders if required • Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition • Maintain clear and accurate documentation • Follow all safety and infection control protocols • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisorsRequirements• Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care experience is a plus) • CNA certification is ideal but not required • Ability to pass a background check and reference check • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Compassion, patience, and professionalism • Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when neededCompensation & Benefits• Competitive pay • Ideal part-time schedule for supplemental income • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities • Supportive and caring work environment • Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a client’s lifeEEOC StatementAlways Best Care Senior Services – Greater West Houston, TX, is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
