CaregiverSYNERGY HomeCare of Southeast TexasPay: $11.00 – $15.00 per hour Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available Experience Required: Minimum 6 months (personal or professional) Education: High School Diploma or GEDJob DescriptionSYNERGY HomeCare of Southeast Texas is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care for clients throughout the Southeast Texas area. Whether you have experience caring for a loved one or have worked professionally as a caregiver, we welcome individuals who are dedicated to helping others live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.ResponsibilitiesProvide non-medical assistance and support in the client's homeOffer companionship through conversation, reading, and activitiesSupport mental alertness with engaging, client-centered activitiesProvide emotional support and encouragementMaintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environmentPerform light housekeeping (laundry, linens, basic cleaning)Prepare and serve meals and clean the kitchen afterwardAssist with grooming and dressingAccompany clients to appointments, errands, and walksProvide medication reminders for self-administered medicationsObserve and report changes in client condition to a supervisorBuild positive relationships with clients, families, and team membersComplete accurate documentation of care providedParticipate in training, staff meetings, and care discussionsFollow all safety, confidentiality, and company policiesQualificationsAt least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experienceReliable transportationValid Texas Driver's License and current auto insuranceStrong communication skills and a caring attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependable, patient, and detail-orientedAbility to pass a background checkBenefitsCompetitive pay with opportunities to earn up to $15/hourMedical, Vision, and Dental InsurancePTOPaid computer-based training and skills lab trainingEmployee recognition and incentive programsFlexible schedulingApply TodayAre you an experienced caregiver who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of others?
