We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable On-Call Caregiver who can support our team across a variety of shifts as needed.What You’ll DoAssist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal careMonitor residents’ well-being and promptly report changes in conditionEncourage independence while providing compassionate, personalized supportBuild meaningful connections with residents, families, and coworkersMaintain residents’ safety, dignity, and respect at all timesWhat Makes You a Great FitYou have a positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniorsYou have availability across AM, PM, and NOC shifts based on community needsYou’re dependable, flexible, and a supportive team playerYou have strong communication skills and approach residents with patience and empathyPrevious caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
