Caregiver Or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) PositionClementine Home Care is looking for a Caregiver or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to work near Exton, PA.Are you:CompassionateDependableCheerfulTrustworthyIf so, we want you to become caregivers at Clementine Home Care.What You Will Do:Work 4-hour shifts 1 - 4 days per week (shifts would be mid morning until mid afternoon)Provide personal care to clients and assist them in common daily activities such as preparing meals, assisting with hygiene, etc.Genuinely connect with clients and their familiesOkay with pets around. (Cats)Must have a driver's license and be able to drive client in the client's vehicle.CookingConnecting with clientWe Offer:Competitive wages - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level)Mileage compensation (currently 72.5 cents per mile) between casesPer diemPaid Time OffHoliday incentive payProfit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company's discretion to all employees who meet the plan's eligibility requirements.Free uniforms providedRequirements:Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certificationCPR certificationHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredPrevious home care experience with acceptable references preferredExcellent customer service skillsProlonged periods of standing and walkingMust be able to lift 50 pounds at timesWe Offer:A culture of appreciation, gratitude and excellence.
