Elderly Caregiver PositionCaregiver needed for an elderly female client in Libertyville, IL. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, patient, and experienced in providing personal care and household support. Previous experience providing care to elderly clients is required.We offer a competitive benefits package, including:100% employer-paid major medical insurance (for employees working 20+ hours per week)Dental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time offSchedule & Authorized Hours:Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PMTuesday: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PMFriday, Saturday, and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, if neededCaregiver Responsibilities:Assist the client with daily showers and personal hygieneSupport mobility; client uses a walkerWalk with the client outside for approximately one hour every dayEnsure the client's safety during walking and mobilityServe prepared lunch and clean up after lunchPerform light housekeeping, including bathroom and bedroom cleaningDo laundry as neededObserve the client's condition, mood, and behaviorReport any changes or concerns to the appropriate personRequirements:Previous experience caring for elderly clients is requiredValid authorization to work in the United StatesExperience assisting with personal care and activities of daily livingAbility to safely assist with mobility, including use of a walker and wheelchairReliable, dependable, patient, and compassionateAbility to follow care instructions and communicate changes or concerns appropriately
