It is hard to put a price on helping others but we know how important you are and the value you provide our clients.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive pay (15-17 per hour)Health, vision, and dental24/7 office staff supportMobile clock in/outWork in close proximity to homeA great working culturePPE (personal protective equipment) providedOngoing PAID training and development through our online learning systemOn-the-job training for unique client situationsPaid travel time in between clients and paid mileageRecognition, celebrations and great team interactions!Responsibilities:Reinforcement of dressings (non-sterile)Assisting with the use of devices for aid in daily living (cane, walker, wheelchair or lift device)Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercisesAssisting with sugar monitoring.Measuring and preparing special dietsMeasuring intake and outputTaking vital signs (temperature, pulse, respirations and blood pressure)Application of an external (condom-type) catheterAssisting with application of arm sling, arm splint or leg splintRequirements:High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificateSix months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities).Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick, and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the jobCurrent CPR Certificate is recommendedMeets the requirements for employees providing direct patient careRead, write, speak and understand English as needed for the jobHave a valid driver's license and use of an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation**SERIOUS ONLY, WE REPORT TO THE STATE ON NO SHOWS AND RESPONSES
