Training is one day in the Conifer office, but you'll serve the community you live in.Job Duties:Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assignedProvide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activitiesPerform household tasks such as meal preparation and tidying upQualifications:Caring and compassionate—you enjoy helping othersWillingness to learn new skills to best assist your clientsExperience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, medical assistance or nursing assistance a plus!Benefits:$19- $ 22/hour, but more with career and management pathways available!Flexible scheduleProfessional developmentPaid training and developmentOpportunities for advancementSenior Helpers of Foothills is an independently owned and operated franchisee of SH Franchising, LLC dba Senior Helpers®.
