Caregiver PM ShiftPay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourJob description:Job Summary:Looking for an amazing person who wants to make a difference in the lives of Seniors!Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision for eligible employees working 32 or more per weekPaid time off (PTO) for full and part-time employeesPaid sick timeBonus for being on timeDaily pay availableEmployee referral bonus programQualifications:Must have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the elderlyMust have or be willing to get QMAPAbility to carry out written and verbal directions and to read and write18 years of age or olderHigh School Diploma or GEDAt least 1-year experience providing care to the elderly or persons with disabilitiesResponsibilities:Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living in accordance with the Resident's Care Plan and RMAL Policies and Procedures.Engage residents with person-centered careUnderstand, adheres to, and promote RMAL Policies and Procedures.Understands adheres to, and promotes Resident RightsPerforms housekeeping duties throughout the home.
