Job description
Home Care AideWe are seeking a highly motivated Home Care Aide to join our team in the Spokane area. As a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our clients in their homes. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their daily needs are met, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Your role will be critical in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsPreferred QualificationsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificationExperience working with seniors or individuals with disabilitiesWillingness to learnResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressingPrepare meals and assist with feeding as neededAdminister medication reminders and assist with medication managementPerform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaningProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsAs a Home Care Aide, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will also use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that our clients' needs are met and their care plans are followed accurately. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in providing high-quality care to our clients on a daily basis.
