PRN Caregiver OpportunityHeritage Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN Caregiver to provide delegated personal care services to children and adolescents in a home-based setting in the Albuquerque, NM area. In this role, you will support clients with daily living activities, supervision, and routine care, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity in the home environment. This flexible, on-call position is ideal for a reliable caregiver who is patient, observant, and passionate about supporting youth and families.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide in-home supervision and support for children and adolescentsAssist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eatingFollow individualized care plans and delegated care instructions from licensed professionalsSupport medication reminders as delegated by care plan and clinical teamProvide mobility assistance and support with safe positioning as neededMaintain a clean, safe, and structured home environmentOffer emotional support, companionship, and age-appropriate engagementSupport daily routines, behavioral structure, and consistency in careEscort or transport clients to appointments or activities as neededObserve, document, and report changes in behavior, mood, or condition to the clinical teamWhat We're Looking ForCompassionate, patient, and dependable caregiversExperience working with children or adolescents preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow care plans and work independently in a home settingCalm, attentive, and safety-focused mindsetAbility to maintain structure and routine in a home environmentReliable and consistent PRN availabilityQualificationsMust be at least 18 years of agePrevious caregiving, childcare, or youth support experience preferredAbility to follow instructions accurately and maintain structured care routinesStrong observational and communication skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredMust live in Albuquerque, NM or surrounding areasWhy Join UsAt Heritage Home Healthcare, we are committed to providing compassionate, personalized in-home support that helps children, adolescents, and families thrive.
