Your responsibilities will include:Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.Providing compassionate care, companionship, and emotional support to our residents.Assisting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety and comfort.Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health, behavior, or overall condition to the appropriate team members.Following individual care plans and facility policies to provide consistent, quality care.Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.Working collaboratively with the nursing team and fellow caregivers to meet residents' needs.Treating every resident with dignity, respect, patience, and kindness.Your dedication and compassion can make a meaningful difference in the lives of the seniors we serve.Flexible PRN Shift OpportunitiesWe are seeking a PRN Caregiver who is available to work various shifts as needed. Our available shifts include:1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMThe ability to work different shifts based on staffing needs is preferred. PRN scheduling will be based on facility needs and your availability.Are You a Good Fit for This Caregiver Position?We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and creating a positive experience for our residents.
