We are seeking an experienced and hospitality focused QLS/Caregiver for Memory Care. Responsible for various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents. Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.Shifts needed days/nights - 7:00 am-7:30pm and 7:00 pm-7:30 amFull-time, part-time and prn positions availableHealth insurance, discounted meals, flexible schedule, and paid vacations are some of the amazing benefits of working here at Clarendale of Mokena!Schedule:12 hour shifts - 7:00am - 7:30pm and 7:00 pm-7:30 amFull-Time and part-time positions availablePRN position requires floating between day/night shiftEvery other Weekend Availability RequiredAlternating holidaysBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceThe Role:Assist all residents with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.Make all beds as needed, complete resident's laundry as assigned, assist residents with meal time.Provide activities as planned/directed.Document resident status per policy.Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.Provide emergency care within scope of practice.Utilize special program components offered by the community.Provide services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care.Be familiar with and follow community policies.Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)In addition to providing extraordinary care, we have exciting programs and fun activities for not only our residents, but our amazing staff as well.
