Where you can THRIVE!The Resident Assistant (RA) provides a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a Nurse. The RA is responsible for providing strong customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect in all of the following responsibilities:Provides personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designatedAssist residents in diningProvides homemaking tasksResponds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of careCompletes thorough daily chartingCollaborates with other team members within the community to deliver The Waters WayOther duties as assignedQualifications:High-school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not requiredOne year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferredAbility to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in EnglishBasic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systemsPossess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior careAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamAbility to be flexible with hours'/shift schedules and assignmentsThe Waters is an equal opportunity employer proudly committed to a diverse workforce.
