You'll also be supported by an industry leading organization that is committed to quality services and treating people with dignity and respect.Job RequirementsA passion for helping seniorsA desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members.Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and writtenJob Responsibilities IncludeProviding assistance to residents with activities of daily living based on individual resident needs.Interacting daily with residents in an effort to improve resident quality of life.Assisting residents with dining. May include but not limited to preparing/cleaning the dining room, assist with food selection, and serving beverages and food. Promotes pleasant and inviting dining environment and encourages social interaction among residents.Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
