Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking a Recruiting Manager to work with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director. This role focuses on recruiting, administrative, and operating support for the office, with on-call responsibilities shared with other managers.
The ideal candidate will manage caregivers, recruit and onboard weekly, handle after-hours calls, and support client intake and satisfaction while ensuring compliance with state standards.
