If you're someone who shows up, follows through, and genuinely cares about your clients, you'll fit right in.To Protect Our Clients and Our Culture, We Are Selective:Do NOT apply if you view caregiving as "just a job."Do NOT apply if reliability and attendance are not your strengths.Do NOT apply if you are not committed to providing consistent, high-quality care.Preferred ExperienceAt least 1 year of professional caregiving experienceExperience caring for seniors in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or healthcare settingsExperience assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, companionship, and fall preventionStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approachDependable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional careThe LogisticsPay: $16.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience)Training Pay: $15.00/hourSchedule: Flexible (Day, Evening, Weekend, Overnight, PRN/Fill-In)Hours: Typically 12–40 hours per week (weekend and holiday availability preferred)Service Area: Waldorf, La Plata, Clinton, Ft.
