Pay:
$20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and assignment

What You'll Do
As a Griswold caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical assistance that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
Responsibilities may include:
Companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Toileting and incontinence care
Mobility support and safe transfer assistance
Meal preparation and assistance with daily routines
Light housekeeping, laundry, and organization
Medication reminders
Transportation to appointments, shopping, and errands
Dementia and Alzheimer's care support
Respite care and safety supervision
Assignments are matched to your qualifications, experience, and client needs.
Who We're Looking For
We're especially interested in caregivers who are:
Compassionate, patient, and respectful
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Strong communicators
Comfortable providing one-on-one care in private homes
Experienced in assisting seniors and adults with daily activities
Able to work independently and follow individualized care plans
Committed to providing safe, high-quality care
Able to provide reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 6 months of professional or personal caregiving experience
CNA certification or previous home care experience
Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, or Parkinson's disease
Experience with personal care, mobility assistance, and transfers
California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to complete the registration process
CNAs, Home Care Aides (HCAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply.
