Caregiver/Resident Assistant (Area Staffing Pool)Hours: As needed in the surrounding area based on your availability. Pick up the hours and shifts that fit your schedule.A certified Great Place To Work (voted by associates) 8 years in a row!We are looking for outstanding Resident Assistant/Caregivers to join an area staffing pool to work "as needed" hours in the surrounding area. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by assisting them with their activities of daily living. Hours will be as needed based on the need within the area.Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.Monitoring the resident's physical and emotional comfort and responding as neededDocumenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreementConfidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care DirectorDemonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shiftEmployee referralsEmployee of the month/yearResident tour (move-in)Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
