Greenridge Estates Caregiver PositionGreenridge Estates is a family-owned Assisted Living Community located in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Every day we attempt to go above and beyond for our residents, families, and staff.What We Are Looking For In A CaregiverWe are looking for Caregivers who are dependable, respectful, friendly, and compassionate to assist our residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).Responsibilities Of CaregiversCaregivers are responsible for assisting our residents with all ADLs, which may include assisting with dressing/undressing, personal laundry, reminders, safety checks, using the restroom, personal hygiene needs, showering, transfers, and all other needs as stated in a resident's Care Plan. Caregivers are also responsible for assisting residents during an emergency, up to and including safe evacuation of the community.Shifts For CaregiversMornings 6:00 am to 2:00 pmEvenings 2:00 pm to 10:00 pmNights 10:00 pm to 6:00 amEmployee Benefits For CaregiversWe offer a range of valuable benefits to our employees including low-cost health insurance with vision and optional dental insurance.
