We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care - mind, heart, body, and spirit - and we are growing our team of compassionate professionals.We are currently seeking a positive, dependable, and caring Caregiver (Resident Care Assistant) to join our team.Job Type: Begins as Part-Time Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rdPosition OverviewAs a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, safety, and meaningful engagement. You will help create a warm, homelike environment where residents feel valued and supported.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): dressing, hygiene, bathing, toileting, eating, mobility, and moreSupport instrumental ADLs: housekeeping, laundry, personal belongings, and telephone useMonitor resident safety and overall well-beingDocument important health and behavioral observationsParticipate in life enrichment activities alongside residents and Life Enrichment staffMaintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming environmentAssist with admissions, discharges, and transfersComplete light administrative and supply-related tasksPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired:High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred:Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or similar care settingsExperience working with individuals with dementia or older adultsKnowledge of healthcare practices
