Job description
CaregiverWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional support and care for individuals who require assistance with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to improve the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized and empathetic care while maintaining their dignity and independence.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.Provide companionship and conversation to promote mental and emotional wellness.Administer prescribed medications and ensure adherence to individual care plans.Monitor and report changes in client's health, behavior, and needs to healthcare professionals and family members.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.Assist clients with mobility and transport needs, both within the home and to external appointments or social activities.Document and maintain accurate records of services provided, including timesheets, care plans, and progress notes.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required for some positions.Certification in CPR/First Aid is desirable.Attributes:Empathetic and compassionate with a genuine interest in helping others.Trustworthy and reliable with strong work ethics.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
