Right at Home Southern NH, the only nurse-owned agency in NH, has been awarded provider of choice four years running now by both our clients and caregivers. We are rapidly growing and have a number of opportunities to work with aging adults in your area to provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting and companionship.Bonus points if you have one of the following: LNA, Caregiving or Healthcare experiencePay: $18.00-$21.00 depending on experience. Benefits include paid travel time & mileage reimbursement- when you take on split shifts, get paid faster with Tapcheck (access pay the next day), earn paid time off, optional benefits: dental, vision, life, and more, paid training—no experience required, ongoing education & support, friendly team environment with recognition and appreciation.What You'll Do:Make a real difference by helping older adults remain independent at home: light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, laundry), companionship (conversation, errands, fresh air outings), assistance with daily routines (meals, dressing, mobility), support with personal care as neededWhat You'll Need:Valid driver's license & reliable transportationComfort helping with basic home and personal care tasksAbility to lift up to 50 lbs (some roles lighter)Must pass background and screening requirementsAge 18+Right at Home's mission is simple...to improve the quality of life for those we serve.
